The Committee shall be comprised of the following ex officio members in addition to such other members as the Court shall appoint for a term of years: the Board of Bar Examiners; the deans of the American Bar Association-approved law schools located in New Jersey; the Chair of the Supreme Court Committee on Character; the President of the New Jersey State Bar Association; the President of the Garden State Bar Association; and the Director of Legal Services of New Jersey. The Chair shall be so designated by the Supreme Court annually.

Note: Adopted September 21, 1981 to be effective immediately; amended June 28, 1996 to be effective September 1, 1996.
