The initial briefs of parties shall not exceed 50 pages and reply briefs shall not exceed 15 pages. The brief of a respondent/cross appellant filed pursuant to R. 2:6-2(d) shall not exceed 75 pages, and the brief of an appellant/cross respondent filed pursuant to R. 2:6-4(e) shall not exceed 50 pages. These page limitations shall be exclusive of tables of contents and citations. Parties may seek a relaxation of these page limitations of the party’s first brief upon a showing of good cause by motion. The movant must certify the motion is made in good faith and not for purposes of delay.
