Complain about a lawyer in Morris County

A complaint about a lawyer’s conduct is an ethics grievance, decided by the Supreme Court’s disciplinary system, not the county bar. A dispute about the bill is fee arbitration, with its own committee and a 30-day deadline. Both go to the committee for the county where the lawyer has an office (east or west Morris; only the District X B secretary is listed).
